Family in Cherangany seeks help to locate missing son

A family in the Motosiet area of Cherangany is seeking assistance to trace their 24-year-old kin, Abel Kiprop, who went missing in July of last year.

The family has been agonising since that fateful day when Kiprop visited a local shop to purchase household items.

Despite being somewhat introverted, the family describes him as a calm and humble person, and they are now concerned that he may have been abducted.

His distraught mother, Regina Songol, says her son showed no signs of stress or disturbance that would explain his disappearance.

The family’s efforts to seek help from the police and conduct searches in local hospitals have proven unsuccessful.

They are now appealing to the government to intervene in locating their son while continuing to hold onto the hope of finding him alive.
