Wavinya urges staff to strive for performance based outcomes

Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has instructed her Executive staff members to strive for performance-based outcomes as they signed their performance contracts.
The Governor was speaking during the signing of performance contracts by the County Executive Committee Members (CECM) and Chief Officers (CO) at the white house where she noted that their performance-based outcomes should reflect on their dedication to serve Machakos people.
“The performance contracts are a commitment to accountability and results that will guide our actions and decisions in the coming years,” said the Governor.
Wavinya reminded them of their duty to meet public expectations who deserve nothing less than excellence in service delivery.
She urged them to keep in mind that the performance contracts are a promise to Machakos citizens to work diligently and achieve the set targets.
Wavinya expressed her confidence in their dedication to work hard, which will bring tremendous results in future and also ensure extraordinary achievements.
“Together we will build a county that is not only efficient and effective but responsive to the needs of our people, “added Wavinya.
She warned them from misusing their positions to amass wealth but put their focus and energy in delivering service to Machakos people.
