
In Kenya, there’s a body called Tax Appeals Tribunal which handles matters tax disputes. It’s been around since 2013, most of us aren’t aware of its existence and even its mandate remains unknown to most members of the public.
Delilah Kadzo and CPA Timothy Vikiru are members of the Tribunal. They both join Nick & Angy on the Breakfast Club to explain their mandate and impact to the tax payer.
