Suspect arrested after stealing Ksh 500,000 in a fast food joint

The National Police Service in collaboration with other security agencies have arrested a suspect in a theft case of Ksh. 500,000 that was reported at Wamba Police Station on Monday.
Felix Ayiera was arrested at Kalama along the Isiolo-Marsabit Highway.
He was aboard a Probox motor vehicle and had Ksh. 497,350 at the time of his arrest.
According to DCI Samburu East, they had launched an investigation into the matter following a report made on the 31st of March by a female proprietor of a fast food Hotel in Wamba.
The lady claimed that she had lost Kshs 500,000 at her business premises and the main suspect, Felix had gone missing and his phone switched off.
