Raila’s longtime aide George Oduor passes on

ODM leader Raila Odinga’s longtime aide George Oduor is dead.

Odour reportedly died at city hospital on Wednesday evening.

In a condolence message on social media, the ODM party described Oduor as a respectful, social, and professional officer who was dedicated to his duties.

“We mourn the passing on of Mr. George Oduor, the longest serving aide to our Party Leader Raila Odinga. A respectful, social and professional security officer. We shall miss him a lot. To our Party Leader, pole sana for your loss.”

ODM Director of Communications Philip Etale also paid tribute to Oduor, describing him as a loyal companion and friend.

“This is one man who stood by me at all cost. I have lost a friend. Big bro. Rest Easy George. Wa!”
