PSG thrash Inter Milan to lift 1st UEFA Champions League trophy

Paris Saint-Germain won the Champions League for the first time with a resounding 5-0, victory over Inter Milan in Munich on Saturday night.
Achraf Hakimi handed PSG an early lead against his former team, and Doue went from supplier to finisher in the 20th minute, with a deflected shot that doubled their lead.
Doue scored again soon after the hour mark, putting an end to any doubts about the outcome, before Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sprinted away with the fourth and replacement Senny Mayulu added a fifth.
The victory for the Parisians comes after more than a decade of massive investment from their Qatari owners, and five years after they were defeated by Bayern Munich in their only prior final appearance.
Already French league and cup double champions, they are remarkably only the second ever French winners of European football’s most important prize after Marseille
