Newsline: High Court nullifies appointment of 50 CAS

The nullification of 50 Chief administrative secretaries by the high court continues to elicit mixed reactions as Martin Oloo, a legal expert reckons that the due process was not adhered to during the appointment.

The court judges comprising of Kanyi Kimondo, Hedwig Ong`undi and Aleem Visram ruled that the said offices did not comply with the constitution.
