LSK elections currently underway

Lawyers in the country are currently voting in their new officials of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).

The lawyers are expected to pick a new President and a representative to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).

The candidates for the LSK Presidency include; Vice President Faith Odhiambo, former Vice President Caroline Kamende, current council member Njoki Mboce, Bernhard Kipng’etich and Peter Wanyama.

The JSC representative seat has attracted has attracted the outgoing LSK President Erick Theuri, Omwanza Ombati and Michael Wabwile.
