Kasipul MP shot dead by gunmen in Nairobi

Kasipul Member of Parliament Charles Ong’ondo Were has been reportedly shot dead by gunmen on a motorcycle along Ngong Road, Nairobi County.
Circumstances surrounding the killing of the Kasipul MP remain unclear.
He had earlier claimed that his life was in danger following an increase of violent incidences in his constituency, which he said were being orchestrated by an external force.
