Investors to explore emerging opportunities at homes expo

Investors will get a chance to explore real estate opportunities within Nairobi and it’s environs during the upcoming annual Kenya Homes Expo.
According to Kenya Homes Expo Executive Chairman Daniel Ojijo the expo will target to create the much needed collaborative effort to showcase the developments in the housing sector.
“We will feature a dedicated segment for investors, providing them with opportunities to network and explore various investment options available in the rapidly growing neighborhoods of Nairobi,” he says.
Among emerging real estate opportunities within Nairobi and it’s environs include Ngong, Ruai, and Athi River.
Ojijo says the expo will also provide a pivotal platform for developers to showcase their projects and connect with interested parties.
“For those who are looking to invest in property or unlock the potential of these upcoming areas, the Kenya Homes Expo promises to be an unmissable event that could shape the future of real estate investment in Nairobi,” he added.
As more developments emerge in the promising locations, property values are expected to rise, making now the perfect time for investors to engage with Nairobi’s real estate market.
“The expo will help create awareness about the potential of these emerging neighborhoods and connect us with investors who are keen on maximizing their portfolios,” added Susan Mwangi, a participant at the expo.
