The State Department for Housing and Urban Development has announced the sale of 220 ready units under the Boma Yangu Machakos Affordable Housing Project.
The project, which is set for launch soon, comprises studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units
Housing and Urban Development Principal Secretary Charles Hinga said successful completion of the units emphasizes the Government’s commitment to promoting homeownership and access to affordable and decent housing.
“These projects are for Kenyans. We have made deliberate efforts to ensure every citizen can save, purchase and own a housing unit as they pursue their aspirations,” he said.
This initiative is part of the Government’s ongoing Affordable Housing Programme, aimed at delivering decent and dignified housing to Kenyans across all 47 counties.
