Communications Authority of Kenya Director General Ezra Chiloba has resigned with immediate effect.
Chiloba who has been the director general of CA for two years, having been appointed in October 2021 tendered his resignation effective October 18, 2023.
The embattled immediate former CA boss was suspended on September 18, 2023 by the board over allegations of financial misconduct, and Christopher Wambua appointed as acting director general.
“On behalf of the Authority, I wish the outgoing Director General success in his future endeavours and appreciate his invaluable contribution to the organization and the wider ICT sector,” said Mary Mungai, CA Chairperson.
