The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has successfully appealed Businessman Philip Aroko’s release.
Aroko was rearrested after Kibera High Court cancelled his bail.
Aroko was arrested Monday evening after he was released on bail last Friday pending investigations into the murder of late Kasipul Member of Parliament Charles Were.
He was released on a Ksh 300,000 cash bail by Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Chief Magistrate Irene Gichobi who had imposed several conditions on Aroko’s release.
