Five-time Africa Cup of Nations Champions Cameroon, Algeria, and Burkina Faso were the first three teams to book their tickets for the 35th edition set for Morocco.
The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon sealed their ticket following a 1-0 win over Kenya in Group J yesterday in Kampala, Uganda.
Cameroon leads the group with 10 points from four matches, the same as Zimbabwe, who lies 2nd, while Kenya is a distance 3rd with 4 points.
Algeria punched their ticket, maintaining a 100% record after overcoming host Togo by a solitary goal.
The Desert Foxes lead group E with 12 points, 5 ahead of Equatorial Guinea in 2nd position.
The Stallion of Burkina Faso also qualified following a comfortable 2-0 win away to Burundi to lead group L with 10 points.
Teranga Lions of Senegal are 2nd with 7 points.
Cameroon, Algeria, and Burkina Faso join the host, Morocco, for the 35th edition of AFCON set for December 2025 and January 2026.
