
The CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) Morocco 2024 official draw will take place at the Mohammed VI Technical Centre in Sale, Morocco, this Friday, November 22, 2024, according to confirmation from the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
The draw will start at 20:00 local time (19:00 GMT) and will be broadcast live on major broadcast channels across Africa and internationally, as well as on CAF’s digital streaming platform, CAF TV.
The draw will determine the fate of the 12 of Africa’s top women’s national teams.
Countries that have qualified for the 15th edition, which was postponed from this summer due to the Olympic Games in Paris, France, include defending champions South Africa, Algeria, Tanzania, Mali, Zambia, Senegal and Tunisia.
Other nations include DR Congo, Botswana, Ghana, Nigeria and host Morocco.
The 13th edition of the CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations will take place from 5 to 26 July 2025 in Morocco.
