Authorities impound several non-complaint PSVs

Several non-compliant PSVs have been nabbed and their operators arrested by Police and NTSA in an ongoing crackdown.
Several of the detained vehicles commonly known as Nganyas have been pimped with drawings and tints all over including the driver windows.
The crackdown that was carried out between Friday and Saturday in Nairobi and Kiambu led to several operators being detained.
A senior police revealed that the suspects who were released on cash bail and vehicles detained at Kiambu Police station will be arraigned in court on Monday.
The vehicles will undergo inspection by NTSA.l
